Donna is an expert in mindfulness and is qualified in MBSR - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She will guide you to self-awareness, focus and clarity and a renewed sense of energy and balance in your life. She continues on the path to health, wellbeing, compassion and joy. She lives in Dublin with her husband, two daughters and 2 cats.
